1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10] business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge.
